Go to the "Promotions" section in your account. Select the bonus you wish to claim — each promotion has its own clearly labelled claim button that is straightforward to use.
Each bonus has a different minimum deposit requirement. Make a deposit via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, or GrabPay — all processed within seconds.
Once your deposit is processed and conditions are met, the bonus will be automatically credited to your account balance with no need to contact customer support.
Use your bonus to play your favourite games. Once the rollover requirement is met, winnings from the bonus can be requested for withdrawal with no deductions.
JOM55 Promotions are designed with the real needs of Malaysian players in mind — not just figures that look impressive on paper but are difficult to achieve in practice. Every bonus offered comes with reasonable rollover requirements, ample time limits, and a straightforward claims process free of unnecessary complications.
The jom55 100% welcome bonus is among the most competitive in the industry. Compared to other platforms that may offer the same percentage but with extremely high rollover requirements, jom55 sets more realistic conditions so players genuinely have a chance to meet them and enjoy their wins.
One of the most popular features among our loyal players is the weekly cashback programme. No matter how unlucky the week was, you will always receive a cashback return every Monday. This not only helps players manage losses more effectively but also provides the motivation to play smarter the following week.
Cashback rates start from 3% for Bronze members up to 10% for Diamond VIP members. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses over a weekly period and credited automatically with no minimum loss threshold required.
At jom55, wins are more exciting when shared. Our referral program lets you invite friends and rewards everyone — you earn a RM30 referral bonus, while your friend becomes eligible to claim the full welcome bonus. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite, so your referral earning potential is unlimited.
For full details on the terms and conditions of each promotion, please read the Terms and Conditions us. We are committed to ensuring all promotions are transparent, fair, and genuinely rewarding for loyal jom55 members.
